Excursion

Today, on September 22, the Botai Museum-Reserve was visited by 6th-grade students of Saumalkol Secondary School No. 1.

As part of the “Month of Ceramics” campaign, the students became acquainted with unique examples of pottery from the Botai culture.

The schoolchildren learned how ancient ceramics were made, which shapes and ornaments were used by our ancestors, and what purposes ceramic items served in everyday life.

Such meetings help children not only broaden their horizons but also feel a connection with the history and cultural heritage of their region.
