From September 18 to 20, an international artists’ symposium was held at the archaeological excavations of the Botai settlement on the theme: “Botai – Uly Dala Madenieti” (“Botai – Culture of the Great Steppe”).

The purpose of this event was to promote the archaeological site of the Botai settlement and to advance the study of the cultural history of the Ayirtau District in the North Kazakhstan Region. The symposium was a comprehensive event that included guided tours aimed at familiarizing participants with the historical and cultural heritage of the region. This large-scale event helped to popularize the artists’ work at interregional and international levels and strengthened cooperation among artists from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. A total of 20 artists participated in the symposium.
