Main Responsibilities:
Handling cash operations and working with cash;
Preparing and processing primary accounting documents;
Keeping records of income and expenses;
Generating reports on cash operations;

Secondary specialized or higher education in economics/accounting;
Knowledge of the accounting and cash legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with accounting software;

Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing the institution’s budget (annual, quarterly, and prospective);
Preparing financial and economic calculations and justifications;
Monitoring budget execution and targeted use of funds;
Analyzing financial and economic activities;
Preparing reports for authorized bodies;
Participating in the development of institutional development plans;
Working with government procurement (if necessary).
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in economics or finance;
At least 3 years of professional experience;
Knowledge of budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Proficient PC user (MS Excel, 1C, etc.);
Analytical thinking, responsibility, attentiveness.
Position: Tour Guide
Responsibilities:
Conducting general and thematic tours for different categories of visitors;
Developing and participating in the preparation of tour programs;
Advising visitors on museum exhibits and objects;
Participating in cultural and educational events;
Ensuring the safety of museum exhibits during tours;
Maintaining the required reports.
Requirements:
Higher or secondary specialized education in history, cultural studies, tourism, philology, or related fields;
Proficient spoken communication;
Knowledge of the state and Russian languages (knowledge of foreign languages is a plus);
Communication skills, responsibility, friendliness;
Experience in the cultural or tourism sector is welcome.
