📢 The museum-reserve "Botai" in the State catalog "E-museum"!
As part of the seminar organized by the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Makpal Serikbekkyzy Almaganbetova, curator of the funds of the Botai Museum Reserve, participates in the work on filling the E-museum web portal.
The E-museum is a unified state catalog of museum collections in Kazakhstan, which collects information about thousands of exhibits.
The participants of the seminar learn how to add exhibits to an electronic database and fill out information efficiently in three languages — Kazakh, Russian and English.
This step will make it possible to present the unique heritage of the Botai culture internationally and to popularize our history more widely.
Meeting with Asset Syzdykov
A meeting with the author of prose for children and teenagers, journalist and writer Asset Syzdykov was held at the Botai Museum-Reserve. During the conversation, the prospects and preparation of a new book dedicated to the Botai culture were discussed. On September 12, 2025, the Botai State Museum-Reserve and the Botai settlement were visited by journalist and writer Asset Syzdykov. During the visit, he got acquainted with the museum's exposition and collected materials for his new book. In the future, the author plans to dedicate a separate work to the unique Botai culture, which occupies a special place in the history and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.
