On 21 February, International Tourist Guide Day is celebrated worldwide — a professional holiday honoring those who carefully preserve history and passionately pass it on to future generations.

On this significant occasion, the republican competition “Best Tourist Guide” was held, bringing together professionals from various regions of the country. The competition served as a platform for exchanging experience, demonstrating professional excellence, creative approaches, and in-depth knowledge in the field of history and culture.

The main objective of the competition was to enhance the prestige of the tourist guide profession, promote the development of excursion activities, support talented specialists, and popularize historical and cultural heritage.
