On December 15, 2025, a round table on the topic “Development of 21st Century Skills of Students through the Study of Historical and Cultural Heritage” was organized at the “Kyzylzhar Abai Secondary School” in the Kyzylzhar District.

The purpose of the round table was to promote the value of the Botai culture, which is a source of the civilization of the Great Steppe, to present scientific discoveries, and to expand the cognitive horizons of the younger generation.

The round table was attended by staff members, including the head of the research department of the Botai Museum-Reserve, the head of the Center for the Protection and Use of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the North Kazakhstan Region, as well as teachers of the region.

As part of the event, the Botai Museum-Reserve presented an exhibition dedicated to the Botai culture. The exhibition was organized within the framework of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Teachers and schoolchildren took part in it.

The participants of the exhibition became acquainted with valuable artifacts related to the heritage of Botai, research results, and the history of the Botai culture.
