On July 30, 2025, students from the secondary school of Aiyrtau village, Aiyrtau District, North Kazakhstan Region, visited the Botai Museum-Reserve.

An excursion was conducted for the schoolchildren in the exhibition hall of the Botai Museum-Reserve.

The students became acquainted with unique archaeological finds of the Eneolithic period, learned about the way of life of the ancient Botai people, their traditions, crafts, and the world’s first domestication of the horse.

The guides explained in an accessible way the significance of the Botai culture for world history and presented models of dwellings, tools, household items, and ceramics discovered at the site.
