On July 22, 2025, as part of a corporate program aimed at strengthening team spirit and promoting the historical and cultural heritage of North Kazakhstan, employees of “Balsam Korotkova” company took an off-site excursion to the Botai Museum-Reserve.

Botai is a unique archaeological site known worldwide as one of the earliest places where humans domesticated the horse. The visit to the museum provided the team with an opportunity to connect with deep layers of history, feel the spirit of the ancient era, and gain a new understanding of the importance of preserving the region’s cultural values.

The employees explored reconstructed Botai dwellings, archaeological finds, and exhibits reflecting the daily life, economy, and spiritual culture of ancient people.

The guides explained the significance of the Botai culture for world science and the contribution of Kazakh archaeologists to the study of the Eneolithic period.

According to the participants, such events broaden horizons, foster respect for the history and nature of the homeland, and contribute to the development of corporate culture.
