The Republican State Enterprise “State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve ‘Botai’” of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites you to the official opening of the traveling exhibition “Botai. At the Origins of the Steppe Civilization,” which will take place on September 4, 2023, at the Akmola Regional Museum of History and Local Lore in the city of Kokshetau.

The purpose of the exhibition is to mark the 5th anniversary of the Botai Museum-Reserve, to introduce the historical and cultural heritage of the northern region and the sacred site of the ancient Botai Culture, as well as its invaluable artifacts, and to promote the unique archaeological monument of the Botai culture.

From September 4 to October 2, 2023, valuable exhibits of the Botai culture will be presented for visitors at the Akmola Regional Museum of History and Local Lore in Kokshetau.
