On August 7, 2023, a cyclist named Valera, known on YouTube as VeloValera, arrived from Kazan at the Botai Settlement in the village of Nikolskoye.

The museum staff introduced VeloValera to the Botai settlement, the archaeological excavations, and told him about the Botai Culture. Our guest was especially interested in the dwellings of the Botai people.

VeloValera traveled by bicycle for 19 days from Kazan to the Aiyrtau District in order to see the Botai settlement. His next route will continue to Burabay.

At the end of the excursion, he expressed his gratitude to the museum staff and wished them prosperity and success in discovering new unique exhibits.
