Today, a lecture and meeting with an expert was held at the Agrotechnical College of the village of Saumalkol, organized by the State State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Botai". The event was held on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was aimed at developing patriotism, interest in history and awareness of the value of our cultural heritage.
The program was attended by representatives of the college, public figures, students of the district and young researchers, as well as students of the higher multidisciplinary college "Zeynep" village Lobanovo.
Historian-expert E.J. Bukenov presented an overview of the key stages of the formation of independent Kazakhstan — from historical background to modern achievements.
The participants listened to the reports of students and schoolchildren with great interest.:
• "Ceramics and ceramic tableware of the Botai culture"
• "Botai dwellings as a symbol of the deep roots of Kazakhstan's statehood" — Arina Kislovskaya
• "Amazing finds: Ancient people and mysterious operations" — Ratmir Zhaksybaev and Murat Arlan
• "How do the Botai amulets reflect their worldview?" — Danel Amirzhanova and Yanina Zalevskaya
The guests also saw a video dedicated to modern Kazakhstan, a country that is steadily developing and preserving its history.
Of particular interest was the quiz "On the pages of Independence", where students were able to demonstrate their knowledge and receive well-deserved awards.
The event ended with the presentation of certificates and congratulations on the upcoming Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
History is not just about the past. This is our present and future. And today, the youth of Ayyrtau district has proved that interest in the heritage of their land is a solid foundation for the development of independent Kazakhstan.
