From November 5-8, 2025, the international conference "The Use of stone Raw Materials in the Paleometallic Epoch" was held in the Russian Federation, in the city of St. Petersburg, at the Institute of the History of Material Culture of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The scientific staff of the Botai Museum-Reserve took part in the conference in an online format, presenting their reports. The conference areas covered various thematic blocks, including tracological analyses of stone tools from the ancient era, their manufacturing technology, as well as issues of the sacred significance of artifacts.

It should be noted that the conference lasted for four consecutive days, during which the latest discoveries and achievements of world archaeology were discussed.
